The Services we provide include: General Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Sport Therapy, Industrial Rehabilitation, a 7,000 square foot facility with a broad array of therapeutic interventions utilizing the latest technology for testing and training of the extremities and the spine, balance and fall assessment, full line of equipment (stack weight machines, free weights, Nustep recumbent trainers, upper body ergometers, bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, etc.). We also offer traditional therapy modalities of TENS, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, paraffin, moist hot packs, cryotherapy, etc.  Our industrial rehabilitation services include work conditioning, pre-employment screenings and functional capacity evaluations.


Our focus is to incorporate functional exercises to help return the patient to a pre-injury status.



Wilmington Physical Therapy, Inc. is an outpatient rehabilitation facility owned and operated by therapists. Our facility provides comprehensive, team oriented rehabilitation programs for the care of orthopedic, sports, general and industrial injuries and / or diseases.

Our goal oriented programs treat patients in a caring and supportive environment. Each patient's plan of care is personalized to compliment and enhance his or her total medical care, whether it be non-surgical or pre/post surgical. Every effort is made to provide each patient with a positive focus encouraging the return to a productive and functional lifestyle.

Our central location allows us to utilize a multi-disciplinary approach with an emphasis on communication and interaction to address some of the complex problems patients may have.
